Spring Fair Thank You Letter!

Dear Volunteers, Teachers, Staff and Parents of 278,

Words cannot fully express our gratitude to all of you for making Spring Fair 2014 the best spring fair yet!

The success of an event like this isn’t just measured in dollar signs. It’s measured in the level of community involvement on both sides of the event-bringing our families together and celebrating our community as a whole! This year we saw more Middle School Student, Teacher, and Staff participation than ever before. Our initial volunteer grid was enlarged instantly on the day by community members willing to dive in and help wherever they were needed. The generosity and initiative of our community members brought in the most donations of raffle items and event sponsorships ever in spring fair history!

Because of these elements, we were able to cut our expenses and more than double our profits from last year! You and the other incredible member of the 278 community are responsible for the Spring Fair’s overwhelming success!

We look forward to seeing you at Spring Fair 2015!

With Sincere Thanks,

Annie and Susie
